Oxford-based choir Commotio are to record new works by Mike Sheppard in July 2012.

The choir, run by Matthew Berry, have recently had classical chart success with their recordings of the music of Paul Mealor.

They will record pieces ranging from Christmas carols to secular SATB compositions.
